All of the birds pictured here are wild. They like to congregate behind the bird sanctuary down by the water. After reading about this location, I was hoping that there would be more herons, but mostly the birds back there were pelicans. (Which weren’t very afraid of people! :) ) But we did see a tricolored heron, actually the first one that I’ve really been able to photograph, and the moss on the rocks and the mangroves are pretty!
