2015 is over and we are well on our way into 2016, but 2015 was such a year of challenge, blessing, and growth. It had its struggles, but it was an amazing year seeing God answer prayer and use the circumstances in my life to teach me to trust Him more. I always like to look back on a year when it is over, as well as planning for the next year. As a photographer, looking back on your year from a photographic standpoint, can be very helpful as well! It can help us to realize the progress we’ve made in specific areas, set goals for the future, and give thanks to the Lord for each amazing, fraction-of-a-second opportunity that we’ll never again see through the lens! I’m so grateful to Him and others for all of the opportunities surrounding the images below which are some of my favorites from this past year. Happy New Year!

The 8 images below are from the food photography photo shoots for a cookbook coming out called, Camps and Cowboys. It is produced by Higher Ground Ministry Mission, which is a wonderful Christian ministry that I’ve been involved with, on a ranch in KY. Once it is printed, I think that you’ll want to get a copy as the recipes are delicious!!
